What I loved about last night was that the place is decorated for the season so right when you walk in it’s unique and gives off good energy. I wasn’t expecting much from a Wednesday night Vin/Yin experience, probably because the classes I’ve attended at other places have been just okay. However, the structure and flow of this class were well thought out and even a bit difficult, which I found refreshing. Most Vin to Yin classes are just flow and then lay down, but this was both a mental and physical workout. I loved every minute of it and looking forward to the next one.

The flows themselves were very well explained and demonstrated, and Christiannna took special note of some medical problems I have, keeping an eye on me, giving me a special mat when mine wasn’t safe for hot yoga, and checking in with me after class. She also dropped a bit of humor into class! I felt so… clean after the class, and will definitely be back.

This was my first heated yoga class and although I struggled at some points, I really appreciated Brianna’s encouragement even when I had to take a few breaks. I have been to this studio a few times and have loved it and the instructors, but her flow is exactly what I was looking for in a Power Vinyasa Flow class and was my favorite. The workout was challenging and we could modify it to fit our needs. I'll definitely be sore tomorrow.. in the best way possible.
