Se alle anmeldelsenethe equipment here is the newest I’ve seen in metro manila and maybe the only gym with facial recognition lockers. tried the full body boot camp and enjoyed it. a few refinements: putting benches in the locker/changing areas would make a difference particularly for changing shoes. and the music curation could also be sharper...maybe something more upbeat and familiar would lift the room’s energy and help participants move with the tempo :) F45 Makati does this well in their classes overall a very good experience
