If you like the dying at the end of the workout kind of workout that gets your blood pumping, muscles shaking, and self belief increasing (lol) youve got to try this class! Nina is one of my favorite instructors ever—she makes sure you are doing the correct posture and hypes you up to give your 110% !

I was surprised she remembered our names knowing that class was full. I like that the studio has a good city view instead of just walls and mirrors.

Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time to try pound and it was fun! There is no pressure in this class and even beginners can follow. Although, if you will really perform coach Jas’ steps…the whole process of dancing is a total workout! It just looks easy but for me this is more challenging than Mixxedfit.

Lucky there were only 3 of us in the class today so he was able to demonstrate the proper form. As for the gym itself, if they can add 1 or 2 more big fans, I think it would be better for airflow.

Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time trying this class and I enjoyed it. The coach was hands-on, patient, and took the time to teach me the movements properly. The gym is also spacious and clean. Just an advice, please don’t be too hard-selling. One of the coaches, although friendly, asked a lot of personal questions right away—where I live, where I work, what I do for work, etc. I already mentioned that I live near the area, but they still drilled down to specific barangay, which felt a bit too personal. It’s ok to get to know clients, but I think it’s better to keep the conversation focused on health, fitness, or training goals.
