Just an advice, please don’t be too hard-selling. One of the coaches, although friendly, asked a lot of personal questions right away—where I live, where I work, what I do for work, etc. I already mentioned that I live near the area, but they still drilled down to specific barangay, which felt a bit too personal. It’s ok to get to know clients, but I think it’s better to keep the conversation focused on health, fitness, or training goals.

However, I feel the experience could have been even more enjoyable with a warmer and more engaging attendant. As a first-timer, I would have appreciated knowing more about the steps and procedures she was doing, with some explanation along the way about what to expect and how each step benefits my skin. A little more interaction, guidance, and conversation would have helped create a better connection and made me feel more comfortable throughout the session. Overall, the treatment itself was good, and I was pleased with the immediate results, but having an attendant who is more warm, lively, and personable would definitely make the experience more memorable.
