Se alle anmeldelseneWhy didn't I try Muay Thai sooner? Super enjoy with Coach Sonny! Arrived earlier than my schedule (11AM) and I thought I had to wait but we started din agad. There were only few clients in the gym so we were able to move freely during our session. Thinking that we started earlier, I though we'd finish earlier or so I thought lol. We did a lot: warm-up, basic skills, pad drills, heavy bag, speed ball etc. I recommend Coach Sonny if gusto niyo na half of the session puro tawa. Will go again!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe spin coach was very good! The studio space itself is great! I love that they have a shower area to freshen up after a sweaty ride, but make sure to bring your own towel, soap, shampoo, and slippers. If only I lived closer, this would definitely be my go-to spin studio!

From what I heard, he has competed in international boxing tournaments, and his experience really shows in the way he teaches. He’s very hands-on, patient, and knows exactly how to push you beyond your limits while making sure you learn the proper techniques. The session was challenging, fun, and motivating.

He taught everything from the basics, and every drill had a purpose. The entire session was intense from start to finish, and I loved every minute of it. Will definitely be back for more. Coach MJ handled my session and was incredibly patient as I refreshed my fundamentals. He also introduced me to a new technique, which I really appreciated. Throughout the training, he was very attentive and consistently gave helpful pointers to improve my form and skills. Overall, it was an easy 5/5 experience. I definitely recommend training here, and I'll definitely be coming back!
