The room is HOT (hotter than other hot yoga classes I’ve taken), but if you need to leave the room or take a break there is no judgement. I love the added intensity and it makes for a great workout!

A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

The classes are challenging, modifiable, and unique. Also, her voice is really relaxing and the music is good which is a plus! I always leave feeling rejuvenated and like I got a good workout in. I would totally attend more Pilates classes at hotflo is she instructed them.
