I absolutely love how we get play time at the end with hand stands, forearm stands, headstands, and everything else in between. Arpineh is such a solid instructor who is sweet and encouraging, yet she pushes us so that we tone and strengthen our bodies and mind. Love love love!!!

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was my first time going to Amie’s class, and it was a great experience. I’d recommend it for both beginners and intermediate yogis. She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions. She taught how to get into headstand and backbend and will spot you if you’re up for it trying it as well. Will definitely go back!
