Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

The studio space is on the smaller side, but the small class size allowed Liza to pay attention to and engage with all of us individually, which I really liked. Even though this studio is in a shared building, parking was very easy, and there are bathrooms available in the hallway next to the studio (locked, but they have the keys).

Se alle anmeldelseneI loved how the instructor asked our group on what we would like to work on for today’s session, it made the class feel very intimate and integrated. Loved the outdoors aspect and the fresh air, however do remember to bring bug spray! The singing bowls were also a very nice touch, i love when instructors add them to the class, it makes it feel very peaceful and zen. The flow was very beginner-friendly and gave me a deep stretch. Everyone was very friendly and overall I would do it again! ☺️

Se alle anmeldelseneHE is incredible. I’ve going to CP for about 8-9 years now - as y’all know, CP is just so corporate and it gets worse and worse each year. They rly want to pack as many ppl in classes as possible without a cap and they will hire WHOEVER gets past the training. It’s hard to come by a great sculpt teaching and he is IT. Thank you for being on beat with your counting, choosing music that we want to sculpt to and curating your own workout all while staying true to the “yoga” part of everything. He goes above and beyond with his mantras and sayings, which encourages and hypes the class up! That’s how you teach a class. Had been very tired of coming and trying out classes that led to disappointment from instructors who clearly did not care or just didn’t have the personality to teach. Thank you sir for your confidence, knowledge, encouragement, resilience — when you have a gift and purpose.no one can take that away from you. It’s so clear how much this guy loves his craft. 🔥🔥🔥

So much of the sequences are rhythm based - we should be working out to music that makes us hyped and counting should be on the beat!
