I am not a beginner to yoga but this was my first Iyengar class and I learned quite a few new techniques. The importance of a yoga foundation cannot be ignored! This space is a great one to learn the basics. All the props you may need are provided & Colleen patiently shows you how to use them properly with each pose. The space is clean & small but accommodating. Parking is easy & ample. I will definitely be back to learn more from Colleen. I highly recommend iYoga to anyone who is seriously interested in knowing the proper way to use & move the body correctly to prevent injury long term. 😇
