The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. She makes everyone in class feel comfortable and seen while leading a challenging, well-paced flow. I especially appreciate her focus on footwork…strong feet/ankles are so important as the basis of posture and so often overlooked. I’m genuinely disappointed to see that she’s teaching fewer classes now. She is one of the main reasons I chose this studio, and I know I’m not the only one who looks forward to her sessions. I really hope the studio brings back more of her time slots because she’s an incredible instructor and a huge asset to the community!

I really like all the mirrors they have in the studio so you can check your alignment. Lots of easy parking. Has that old-school yoga studio vibe. Not corporate at all. Would choose over Yoga Joint in Delray for vibe and ease of parking.

I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.
