Class was smooth through the transitions and not so many moves crammed into 1 workout so I felt like my body was able to have more mind body connection which was great. Se alle anmeldelseneBe warned that the Pilates studio is not at this location. I showed up after circling to find parking for them to say “oh this is 5 minutes from here and they have a parking lot”. Luckily I had 5 minutes to get there. Great instructor. Only one other student. Only 4 reformers.

This is the 4th studio I've been to in south Florida and now I've been here a number of times and to be perfectly honest, after coming to Up Pilates--I have zero interest in going to any other Pilates studio. This is classic Pilates. The instructors are outstanding! They give personalized attention and classes are small. Big thumbs up 👍🏻

The class was like a fusion of sound meditation and gentle stretches. She came around and made sure evrruone was comfortable and in the correct positions. I am excited to try out the other classes!
