It took me nearly two months to attempt to come back. The sequence and temperature seemed more reasonable than in the past. And Nina was super awesome. Such a gorgeous studio! Just very challenging due to the temperature.

Se alle anmeldelseneLoved coming here, it was my first time and Zoe was so welcoming and warm. I felt so comfortable in my own skin and didn’t feel like I had to go at anyone’s pace but my own. Zoe encouraged us to try something new and though I’m not all the way there with a handstand I will definitely try it next time because I’m coming back for sure! The energy and vibe was so peaceful loved each movement. It was so intentional and the atmosphere truly re-aligned me which was much needed!

Savasana was pure bliss—her calming voice and thoughtful words made me emotional. The studio is beautiful, spacious, and clean. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Se alle anmeldelseneOMG!!! This is definitely a different kind of studio, and I was skeptical at first, but… wow. It was absolutely amazing! The energy is incredible! Amanda and Moriah were both FABULOUS. I loved everything—the attention to detail, the welcoming vibes, the beautiful murals, and the feeling of practicing yoga with purpose. The studio is spacious, and even has showers if you need to head somewhere afterward. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies!!!!

Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!

I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on. Thank you Gillian for sharing this practice with me and being so welcoming and inviting 💕 20/10 recommend !
