Gave me tour of the studio right before the class started, and even let me know what other classes they have available. The class was pretty easy to keep up with especially if you’ve taken a barre class before. EVEN if you haven’t trust me you’ll enjoy it. And the instructor provided modifications if needed! Will definitely be back soon!

She makes sure you feel safe and comfortable. I love pushing myself to my limits and seeing what I can do. Can’t wait to continue this practice and watch myself get more confident and flexible.
