It’s really hard to focus on balancing when it’s 110 and the teacher sounds like a carnival game announcer. It’s not a huge thing, but I would enjoy some more internal/external peace during hard balancing pos s if the instructor would just decide to be quiet for those few minutes. The music is always great, fun to practice too. The skeleton sequence they use in every class is pretty standard and easy to attain. All together I feel good when I leave these classes.

Julie was amazing and super accommodating, I was intimidated not being able to cheat and fone in the moves, but she really helped accommodate my injuries and my limitations. Jessica structures her class really thoughtfully because the movements in the beginning gradually set you up to perform the challenging pose with warmed up, limber muscles. Then she guides you through a short cool down and rest. You would think that all yogis would structure their classes this way but Jessica's truly "flows," as it should. Her instructions are really easy for beginners to follow because she doesn't just state what pose to move into. Highly recommend!!

It started with Brooke who greeted me at the door and took me on a quick tour, she was so kind and made me feel that I have a safe space in this studio. Then I class Nina was the teacher, she greeted me with the warmest smile and asked about my body and if there was anything I needed to be careful of doing.
