Her class was a breath of fresh air—gentle, nurturing, and exactly what my body craved. You can truly feel the difference when a teacher has proper training, and Christine’s expertise shines through in every pose. I felt so connected and at peace during her class. She has a beautiful way of guiding and supporting each student, and I can’t recommend her enough!

She puts in a lot of exercises in the hour we have together and gives us modifications if we can’t get there. There are options depending on where you are that day.
