Studio was a bit hot and sometimes I couldn’t hear her on the mic but she was solid!

Se alle anmeldelseneI went to Becca’s xBurn and can’t recommend it enough for beginners! Becca was so welcoming, made sure to ask all participants about modifications, and was extremely descriptive with her cues throughout class. The pace was a great challenge and I definitely will be back! 😊

Se alle anmeldelseneVery challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!

Se alle anmeldelseneWe were asked before class if there were any injuries the instructor needed to know about so I let them know that I had pinched my sciatica a couple weeks ago and may need modifications through the class. The instructor was understanding and knowledgeable on how to modify certain moves for me and I was very appreciative of that! I loved the playlist for this 11am class and felt like I got a really good workout while enjoying myself.
