Se alle anmeldelseneMackey was amazing she could tell I was experienced in lifting and Pilates and made me do all the harder moves and heavier weights and was great at motivating the class and giving individual attention and encouragement. Studio was a bit hot and sometimes I couldn’t hear her on the mic but she was solid!

She does such a nice job explaining each move, what resistance your reformer should be on, and how to modify a move if you need to take the intensity down a notch. She is precise yet approachable and I’m looking forward to getting my booty kicked again soon 💪

Se alle anmeldelseneSuper challenging! I’m soar in places I’ve never been soar before! This is my second time doing legri at Bold and it pushes me harder than any workout I’ve ever done. The teacher was super nice. I prefer hip hop music personally so next time I will signup up for Bre’s class but overall great workout. So hard I felt like throwing up but I just need to build up endurance.

Se alle anmeldelseneVery challenging class, but it felt great! Instructor was clear and encouraging, hopping onto a reformer to show us the exercises. I love that it’s only 40 minutes so even when it feels too hard you know it’s not going to last forever. My one thing is I’d prefer if the class was slightly longer to included some guided stretching after, but I figured there might not be with how short the class is when I signed up. But it is nice that the instructor encourages you to stretch on your own after class and isn’t rushing anyone out of the studio. Will definitely be back!

She had a workout planned for today but was able to pivot and add in jump board movements when she saw that they were attached from the previous class. I feel like I got a really could full body cardio workout and loved that she was able to make that modification for today’s class.
