Mostly joking, glad i can snag some spots here and there on classpass. This was my first stride class and I fear I’m already obsessed. Half of the class starts on the megaformers and the other on the treads and Initially it was quite distracting to hear the simultaneous instruction but I got used to it. A workout for the mind, not a bad thing. To be fair this was probably exasperated by the fact that I forgot to take my Adderall this morning lol. I’ll be baaaack 🤍✨🕺

The coaches help with form which is nice, there are 3 sets of 45 sec blocks with 15 sec breaks after which you move onto the next set of exercise. I can see this being addictive but you definitely need to build upto that level. I was exhausted by the end of it, overall a good challenging workout. Might try a few more classes and see how I feel about this being the studio for me.
