    Honestly, I have no idea how to "review" this class because this was top tier. This feels like REAL mat Pilates. Terri was amazing, her transitions were smooth and really challenging. This class has probably the most exercises I've ever seen in a mat class but EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE JUST MAKES SENSE! From head to toe, every muscle was worked! For an open level class, I will say you do have to watch Terri to catch the rhythm of the movement but she is working out with you and helping you make the adjustments. This will be my spot 1-2 times per week. (fire emoji, fire emoji)

    Great beginner class for ex-dancers!! As an ex-dancer, I was looking for a beginner class that did not walk through all the basics and this was perfect! (Not for a truly beginner beginner dancer) She will help correct a movement if you are doing moves wrong which was hard for me to find at home in an adult class!! Vanessa makes the space feel so inviting and warm! It’s honestly great to speak Spanish with her and feel at home <3 She loves to welcome everyone, say bye to them on their way out, and get to know their name so it’s truly a personal experience.
