Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was challenging but rewarding. Kat was enthusiastic and patient with first-timers like me, demonstrating each of the moves and correcting where needed. She’s in phenomenal shape and her playlist was fire! Only problem is that I was sore for days, which I guess means that the workout worked haha. Will definitely be back.

This was my first time and I really struggled on the Lagree machine, but Stacey demonstrated the movements beside me and corrected my form — while simultaneously giving instructions to both the mega side and the stride side. I honestly don’t know how she did that. Super energetic and motivating vibes and I got a really good work out out of it.

We held a few restorative postures for a long time but the class flew by. My first reiki experience too and it was so lovely.
