At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

Se alle anmeldelseneStudio Pilates was great! The space is well lit, calm, and peaceful. I went for the beginner class, having done a handful of reformer workouts before, and thought it was the appropriate amount of challenging and doable. I will absolutely be going back!

The free 90m parking in the attached covered structure is also such a value-add: not stressed about timing, made it easier in the rain this morning (& more enjoyable on hot summer days), just make sure to put the receipt in your windshield!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class is no joke. I’ve done reformer classes before but nothing with this kind of intensity. You will be sore in places you didn’t know existed from the smallest movements. I even had to take breaks/ modifications during certain movements but the workout I got was absolutely incredible - will be back.

A challenging exercise while still being manageable for beginners, finished off with a massage and aromatherapy cold towels. This is a hidden gem that I highly recommend!

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class was great! Very relaxing and the instructor was very sweet. There was only one other person in the class, but that actually didn’t bother me. What did bother me is the gym itself. This was supposed to be a relaxing, restorative yoga class and all I could hear the whole time was weights being dropped from just outside the door. Because this is hosted at a large facility, there was so much going on outside of the class room. You miss the welcoming atmosphere you get from a small yoga studio by attending class at a large gym, whose primary focus is not yoga. Just something to keep in mind before booking, but absolutely doesn’t diminish the instructors sweet soul!

Se alle anmeldelseneI was several minutes late to class and having a super rough day. Bridget was so lovely despite me coming in late and throwing off the flow of class. She took the time to walk me through some warm ups and get me caught up with the rest of class within a few minutes. It was definitely not something she had to do, and I so appreciated receiving that kindness after a rough day!
