At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

Se alle anmeldelseneOn the spectrum of contemporary Pilates… I’d recommend this as Pilates for gym rats. It was intense and overstimulating, 5 stars! Don’t go if you get overstimulated by blaring music and someone on a mic.

If you do Pilates on the regular I recommend trying this class for a much needed sweat! A little challenge too!
