Se alle anmeldelseneLana is a great instructor. She goes through poses pretty quickly, but there is enough repetition for you to understand what to do. I love how active we switch poses and stretch different areas of the body. Bonus, it was great to be in a hot studio in the cold mornings.

I love Bonnie’s style if instructing , her voice is so calming and the hands on adjustments always come at the perfect time. Bonnie is very in tune with everyone in class! I love yoga six!

Se alle anmeldelseneI enjoy my classes here very much. The environment is therapeutic and the instructor is life changing. They are also very considerate and thoughtful people. I had mentioned I have an allergy to incense/fragrance and they removed anything related from the classroom. I am so grateful that this place opened. Sound is generally therapeutic for me, so to be a part of this class and community feels warm. Thank you for being so welcoming and having great contagious energy. 🙏
