CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

Se alle anmeldelseneReally appreciate how nice everyone here is. I had some parking trouble as I had not been in this area before and they were super helpful and super patient!! The workout was pretty intense, but I expected it based on what other reviewers said. Plenty of modifications possible. Lots of different exercises I’ve never done before even after 200+ classes. There’s not too many mat pilates classes so I hope to return. This is the type of place I’d actually get a membership at.

I love the green it feels like you’re in Costa Rica. Everyone from the the front desk to the instructors are so nice. They also have the cutest little Frenchie at front desk 🐶 to welcome you. I took Roya’s Arms class and it was the best toning class, I’ve ever taken. I found my new favorite workout spot 🤩 and can’t wait to try all the formats they offer. 1000% recommend you won’t be disappointed.

I first started doing the training during the pandemic and became obsessed did the virtual training for a bit before stopping. Now I do a combination or other trainings but when I saw this class on ClassPass I knew i had to make it to class. I loved every minute, every sweat, the environment and the training. The class is tough if you have ever done hitt or like cardio just beware it will kick your butt but so worth it!

The classes are super challenging and a great work out but there are always modifications available so it is great for all levels. All the instructors are great too but my favorite so far is definitely Amanda! She is friendly and helpful but also keeps things super upbeat and is very motivating during class. Can’t wait to keep coming back!
