Very heartwarming voice with her cues on point! The class was very welcoming with cleansing and really cares for her students. Will be coming back!

Both classes I took with this instructor started out intense, and I prefer to ease into my workout. But I appreciate the challenge

Se alle anmeldelseneJenn gave a PHENOMENAL class. She is hands-on and is always making sure everyone has correct form!! She definitely gave a killer workout that left me with the Pilates leg shakes. This is not your traditional Pilates class, it is Pilates inspired!!! Meaning, it’s a high intensity workout with a Pilates foundation. I personally still like to take a slow and controlled pace because that’s how I get a good workout in for my body, so feel free to go at your own pace !!!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe best spin/workout class I’ve ever been to. You go to the rooftop of the Mayfair hotel, you are greeted by a nice pool next to where the spin class is held. The views are gorgeous overlooking Coconut Grove. The class makes you sweat and you work out intensely. I love the mixture of spin and calisthenics as it gives you a complete full body workout and cardio all in one class. This is definitely an addiction everyone needs to have. I will be summer ready in no time!!
