He also provided variations for those who wish to do their personal practice. Really appreciate the thought he put in the class. Will definitely come back! ☺️

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was a fast-paced class. I liked our Yogi's tips on how we can train and strengthen our hands, arms and core to be able to stabilize ourselves to be able to keep more challenging poses (hand stand, et al). Very energizing evening class. Namaste.
