Lovely class. I especialy loved the quick head massage after. 🥰 it's just that the studio feels like every move is a rip-off. A yoga mat rental is at ₱100? 😩 And knowing well that this is a hot yoga studio, water is not free (₱30) and that's sad. It is also very chaotic on the reception after each class. Thank goodness the Yin Yoga was really relaxing and the instructor is good.

I enjoyed this class so much! It’s a perfect blend of relaxing and challenging at the same time. Teacher Nancy is very intentional with the way she teaches. If you are looking for a legitimate spiritual yoga class, you should definitely book this class. This class is good for practioners of all levels.

Coach Mark is a great instructor— he’s friendly to all and remembers our names which I like. The style of his teaching works great in group sessions and he is encouraging when I find some moves to be difficult. Giving tips on how to improve form is also helpful for me, since I know which parts I need to work on. Overall, I enjoyed the class and will continue to go back.
