Always taking the time to break down each movement, ensuring everyone feels comfortable before moving on, while incorporating the history and qi gong principles into every session. There are various stylistic approaches to beginning ballet covered here, and both teachers demonstrate a clear understanding of how to break down movement so that everyone can find their footing. The turns sequence in particular is lovely — it’s one I can take home and practice on my own. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build confidence.

They put so much work into helping me with my turnout and posture, and started working on my turns too. This instructor is fantastic for beginners. She breaks everything down—footwork, positions, arm placement—into clear, manageable pieces so you actually understand the mechanics. The music she picks for class is beautifully chosen too. Definitely will be back!
