Se alle anmeldelseneI’ve had many lymphatic massages before but it was my first time having it here. Swan Day Spa was clean, and offered so many services. I had my massage with Linda, and although she did not give me entirely what I wanted (a soft, gentle lymphatic massage) she gave me what I needed. She assessed where I was tight and sore and what needed a detox and went to work. I won’t lie, there were moments where it was indeed very painful, but I knew this was for the better; that isn’t to say she wasn’t gentle during other parts if the massage—there were also times I felt incredibly relaxed and good. Whenever it got too painful I would let her know and she would adjust. She really took care of me and wanted to help me out and she did just that, because I feel much more looser, lighter, and energetic for sure. I was also very impressed with her use of the hot stones as well, I signed up for a membership too. Just be sure to communicate before and during the massage, you are in good hands.

Se alle anmeldelseneThe session I had with Lin is truly like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’m so glad I went in with no expectations. Lin is incredibly talented at what she does, but even more than that, she cares about her clients. The session itself for me was extraordinarily healing and involved minimal, but poignant touch. It was rooted in healing and releasing energy I had stored. As a typical westerner who has always relied on treating the “visible” problems of chronic pain through avenues such as massage, chiropractic care, medicine, stretching etc. I admit I was somewhat skeptical but also believed in Lin’s approach. Now writing this review 3 hours after my session ended, I can tell you with full confidence that SOMETHING has shifted, or lifted, or cleared, within me. I feel lighter, calmer, and my neck pain doesn’t feel so “heavy.” I truly believe Lin and her practice are one of a kind and worth every penny (or ClassPass credit) because of what she offers. I will definitely be back. Thank you Lin.
