Dr. Sapozhnikov was very nice and took the time to explain my results to me (along with other services he provides that he could help me with). The shape scale is a neat tool that gave me insight on my body composition and areas I can work on. I also loved getting my metabolic rate tested, which gave me a custom report of how many calories I would need to reach my goals.
