The coach is genuinely the sweetest person ever, and her energy stays amazing throughout the entire 50-minute class. The music selection was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun. I would happily take this class with her again and again. Please keep doing Latin music and reggaeton classes because this one was AMAZING! I definitely need more classes like this. ✨

Se alle anmeldelseneFirst time in F45 and I must say it was a great experience. Clayton was very kind and helps us how to do the proper workout. I love the 20 stations. As a beginner, it wasn’t that bad. There were stations that I can’t really finish completely at the moment but overall it was pretty much understandable on what to do and how to do properly. Probably next time I get the hang of it. Will surely come back and recommend the gym to my friends 👍
