Se alle anmeldelseneOkay so here’s the tea. If you’re a beginner your eyes might bulge as the instructor is showing each exercise. You probably won’t be the only one who will need a modification because all of them are Spartans. BUT it wasn’t awkward. Everyone was supportive. Maybe I’m into self deprecation because it was actually fun. Anyways, that’s the tea. You should try it out. (Evan the instructor was great and patient)

Although my morning class was canceled and I missed the notification, the team went above and beyond to make it up with a free standup paddleboard class, an ice bath session, and coffee at the restaurant – even better than planned and thanks so much! It was my first time paddleboarding, and I loved testing my balance on the water while enjoying the beautiful view. The ice bath was truly a unique experience – freezing at first, but I felt incredibly refreshed and energized afterward. The coach was super friendly and made it all the more enjoyable. A coffee at the end was the perfect finishing touch to the morning. I will definitely come back again😊
