However, after only one class here through class pass I know I’ll become a regular! Great instructions at a good pace with great music - but not too loud where you can’t hear the instructions. Small class versus solidcores large classes where sometimes it’s hard to see. The instructor also did a great job of correcting people off mic. Would def recommend for anyone looking into reformer Pilates classes.

The trainer, Katie, took the time to guide newcomers through each section, and she was incredibly friendly, supportive, and encouraging. The workout areas included weightlifting, a mountain-climbing-like activity, and strength training. I highly recommend it. It may sound challenging, but it’s actually easy to follow and a lot of fun. The shower facilities were clean, and while the hairdryer was a standard one, it was decent. Towels and lockers were also provided . I’m definitely planning to go back!

Her Knowledge of anatomy really stood out and they way she explained things really resonated with me. Now I’m bummed I can’t get to any of her west side classes as they are all during times I work, but happy I got to experience her class today!

I think if the 60 second intervals were dedicated to one leg at time (instead of switching at the 30 second mark), I would feel more even. It feels like by the time I get the movement down for one leg, it's already time to move on to the other. I would also prefer longer intervals because the 60 seconds feel so quick.

Se alle anmeldelseneThis class kicked my butt but i was able to keep up. Kinda wanted to quit 15 minutes before the end, and come back another time, but i powered through. The upbeat dance music and especially Nikki’s energizing persona helped me get through it. I think it’s a very effective workout for toning and sculpting because every muscle in my body was put to work. There was variety in the class in age and body type but you can tell the women who were regulars looked awesome and sculpted. I swear one class made a difference in overall toning my body! (I react quickly to exercise). I definitely would like to come back and recommend the class.

I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.

Se alle anmeldelseneThis is a great studio and I’ll definitely return, but if it’s standard practice to introduce yourself and essentially do an icebreaker with a stranger, I’d prefer the instructors do that in the minutes leading up to the beginning of class versus at the formal start time. I’ve been to a handful of the various modalities and each time, by the time it’s explained, completed and everyone settles in, it’s eaten up at least 5 minutes of class time so a 45 min class is 40 min or sometimes shorter.

We did 20 minutes of barbell hip thrusts and sprints and then 20 minutes of circuit work with an incline press, chin ups, and Russian twists.
