About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

I had just come off a 2 week ski trip and she was honest with me about the condition of my back & that i would have some soreness after the massage. She also gave me at home tips and tricks & reminded me to hydrate & stretch. I’ll definitely be rebooking with Jen! I also loved that she took care of my jaw / face - something that is so often overlooked during a massage!

There was an issue with the app that she did not receive my booking but someone else at the salon was able to reach out and she was very apologetic. It was not her fault the app did not send the booking to her. We quickly were able to reschedule and she was very flexible with the issue!! Although the music was relaxing, the harsh lights made it very hard to relax and enjoy the experience. I know that the techs need good lighting to work, but there must be another way. I’ve never had this type of experience anywhere else. By the end, I couldn’t wait to be out of there.
