I called ahead of time to ask about if I needed to shave before my appointment (the answer is yes if you’re a newbie like I am) but Sierra was kind enough to do it for me quickly before my appointment. I let Sierra know this was my first time and I couldn’t have asked for a better person for this service. She made me laugh, smile, and feel extremely comfortable. I was nervous and anticipating pain, but it simply felt like a cool and warm wand running across my face. I am a caramel skinned woman so melanated people have to be careful with laser but I had no issues whatsoever. Sierra told me we will start slow and increase as needed. I am extremely grateful to MedSpa and ClassPass for joining forces and making this procedure possible.
