Really helpful with form corrections and clear instructions throughout. the first time I came to this location there was a different male instructor who did not give much guidance at all, so if you're a newbie like me I would definitely recommend Ysabel's class!

Se alle anmeldelseneThe classes is very fast paced. It has to be, because it's a half hour... I feel like it's a good workout, but I struggled a bit, because it was my first time. The teacher did check in with me before class to show me the machine and ask if I had any questions. She gave me optional earplugs because the music was going to be loud. She checked in with me after class as well to see how it had gone. If you want some upbeat cardio, and you'd like a fast class where you'll sweat a lot, this is a great option. Also there was tons of parking on Pleasant Valley, which is only a half block away. I feel like I'm not ready for the intensity of a half hour class with my fitness level but I appreciate that this exists. And there were several people who had been doing this for years, and they had incredible stamina and their bodies looked lean and strong. I think the atmosphere is very welcome for beginners, but the workout itself is intense

Se alle anmeldelseneThis intro class was so fun. I really enjoyed myself. Tatyana was really energetic and friendly, really present and invested in our success. Like she would notice immediately if something seemed off or uncomfortable, and she would step in into troubleshoot. It was really fun to fly up, and lift off the ground, and I feel limber afterward. I actually worked up a sweat, and I'm not ordinarily a sweaty person. This was one of those workouts where you don't really realize that you're working out because you're just distracted by all of the fun that you're having. And Tatyana has great energy- it feels like she wants to be there and help you enjoy the class, really encouraging. Thanks!

Se alle anmeldelseneGreat functional gym, clean and well laid out. Jen was welcoming, explained the circuit movements, played excellent music. Other class members seem like regulars and were friendly. Definitely challenging and adaptable to whatever level you’re at. 6am workout would let me get back in time to drive my kid to school and head in to work. This could be a great routine to get into (plus no traffic to worry about and easy to park at that hour!)
