    I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS CLASS ! I WAS WELCOMED FROM THE TIME I ENTERED AND GIVEN EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW AS A NEWBIE! THE INDTRUCTOR WAS GREAT THE VIBES WERE HIGH. AS A BEGINNER THE CLASS DEFINITELY KICKED ME INTO GEAR, BUT I WILL BE COMING BACK !

    This is a beautiful space and the instructor was wonderful! Shatera created a very peaceful and welcoming space, especially for beginners. She’s well versed in the practice and was and accommodating. I look forward to taking more classing with her!

    Flexibility/Mobility

    I highly recommend this class for anyone who feels like they aren't moving enough, especially others that also wfh. I felt way less stiff leaving the class than I did coming in. Maya is fantastic! She has a great rhythm going through the class and offers great alternatives for more complicated or simplified stretches. Much needed and will definitely be back!
