    Tais was an amazing instructor with great details, explanation and enthusiasm. This was a low impact great workout that you feel all over. I loved her class! Also very nice and clean studio.

    This is such a fun dance class and everyone at this gym is so welcoming and friendly! One thing - the classes at this studio seem to start later than the times posted on ClassPass so you may be awkwardly waiting around for a bit.

    Liked the class and instructor especially since she was a sub thrown in last minute. I liked her music choices. The only thing I would change is for the fans to be on. Got really stuffy. That said, if I had asked I’m sure she would have put them on, so thats kind of on me.
