Cole gave very clear instructions that a beginner could follow, but also kept the pace of a something like a flow 2 class. We warmed up with a few sun salutations, went into a well rounded single sequenced flow, and finished with a few ground poses before heading to shavasana. Overall, great flow class.

Se alle anmeldelseneJiYeong is so detailed as an instructor and always has a clear focus and routine, really making each session a workout (don’t be deceived— her routines seem simple but result in happy, sore muscles!) as well as a meditative experience. She really emphasizes good form (so important and often overlooked) and routinely makes corrections. Instead of reformers, class today used the stability chairs (new to me). i enjoyed the variation.

Se alle anmeldelseneJoella's class flowed so well from one pose to the next, with good pace. This made it easier to follow. Lots of deep stretching that is appropriate for a beginner, but also can be tailored to your own level. Highly recommend!
