Se alle anmeldelseneJiYeong is an awesome instructor! lots of hands on adjustment and form correction. class was deceptively challenging (in a good way!), a great core workout, beginner friendly. the only class i’d wake up before 8am for. plenty of parking in the lot. wear grip socks!
