Unlike many other Pilates studios that blast music, the soft background music here really helped me focus on my slow, gradual movements. Linda was exceptionally attentive to correcting my form, more than I've experienced at other studios.

Se alle anmeldelseneNeat gym but if you look closer, it’s dated and full of issues. Missing locks on bathroom doors, minimal water pressure coming out of sinks, cracked rubber on many dumbbells. Still has most of what you need though and was clean overall. They make you fill out a form every time you come so that’s another reason to dock a star. I’ll come back only to workout with my mom on occasion since she has a membership.

Se alle anmeldelseneLuna was great! It was my first time attending and she made me felt welcome. Her songs were upbeat and moves were easy to follow. For more complex moves, she go over them step by step before the start of the song. She also mixes up the intensity throughout the class and I can catch my breath!

Se alle anmeldelseneInstructor was super nice, very informative and helpful. Overall the class was very fast paced and not what I would consider to be “beginner”. Luckily I had Pilates training that helped me get through the class.

Se alle anmeldelseneAmazing class! The instructor was so kind and the attendees were as well :) It was my first adult beginner class and I did not feel intimidated at all since everyone was so nice. The music was so cute too. I have no background in ballet and this class was perfect. The instructor fixed my positions and always reminded me to get in correct formation so I learned a lot. Def coming back! Thank you!
