Se alle anmeldelseneThe instructor was friendly and had a calming presence. I enjoyed her guidance through the stretching poses. I would recommend this class to Yoga beginners who don’t want a challenge . Personally, I was hoping to be challenged a bit more. Maybe I’ll try an intermediate or advanced level yoga class and hope it’s a better fit.
