Just one comment but concerning the group size, they are adding more mats every time leaving no space to move freely. Would be great if they would focus on expanding the classes and instead just focus on teaching amazing yoga.

She is also genuinely passionate about the topic which makes the healing even more profound. “Just one feedback:” I think the Q&A part at the end must be optional for the ones who need to stay. Since it’s an extremely deep session, I would have preferred to get some quite time or talk to in person. I really didn’t feel ready to listen somebody else’s questions, but at the same time felt having to stay out of respect to her. Thanks!

Very beginner friendly and instructor was so sweet, she was also very clear in how to follow and transition through poses. The studio is amazingly clean and serene, with almost all items (towel or mat) accounted for. A great time overall, I would definitely join again :)!

Small class size, props already prepared for you, and ending the class with a cup of tea on the mat makes you feel cared for. Soothing simple background sound bath coupled with a soothing guiding voice - a truly relaxing experience!
