But most remarkably, she managed every difficulty with grace (from unexpected noises outside to some conflicting student). Her way of guiding you through the practice, is both cathartic as much as energising. Her asana practice is a perfect balance between pushing your self and a reminder to listening to what your body needs. A teacher that also never skips a lesson in yogic philosophy, as it should be. She leaves me with the best feeling ever, after every class my day is so much brighter! Definitely come to give her class a try!!!!!

Chaska is able to explain he reasoning behind what we do, enhancing my practice. Her soft adjustment helped me get into the poses even more, yet gently. Her voice and words are so soft and clear that I always leave class feeling cleaned from within, with a relaxed and calm mind. I've only taken a handful of classes with her, but she has become my favourite teacher! Super professional
