If you have never taken F45, I would recommend not going on Monday’s or Wednesday’s when they have cardio classes so you can understand the F45 way before jumping right into a super intense class. However, even as the first timer who started with a cardio class, the trainers were helpful and upbeat. There’s no formal cooldown at the end, but you can do that yourself. This is a very efficient way to get a killer workout in just 45 minutes!
