I had 60’ european facial and it was okay. If you want to point specifics about your skin and tell the facialist, please be notified that they don’t speak English at all! Only front desk girl speaks at some level. I quite didn’t understand when they asked me to tip from the whole amount before the Classpass discount, and showed me the suggested tip ranges. Tipping from the whole amount is not fair and is actually optional not mandatory like tax. So tipped 20% from the Classpass amount i paid.

So it’s best to try with a few different masseurs -). Sherry and Michael are very good but they have both changed roles and are now managers . Atm I like Steven, very firm pressure (consistent) and he also does “dry massage” so no oil just with towel over - which is a nice option as I don’t always want to be oiled up.

The showers ran out of them and thank goodness I brought some. Also no need for a water jug because they have paper cups and lots of water stations. Your water jug would just heat up in the sauna. The instructors were informative and friendly. During lively free flow; you explore the place on your own at your own pace. Usually it’s recommended to start off in the sauna for 10-15 minutes to warm you up and then go into the ice bath/plunge. They have lockers with pins so no need to bring a lock. No phones are allowed past the changing room/locker room. The saunas have sand timers on the side of the walls to help you keep track of time as there are clocks everywhere. They give you a blue bracelet if you’re new and that helps guides identify you and help you 1:1 if needed.

They will just immediately direct you to a room for your massage. I did not have to wait at all. My massage even started a bit early. It was full body, including hot stones, a hot towel, and lotions. It hurt a bit at times in areas that were really tense, but for the most part, it was fairly gentle of a massage. I’d recommend as a way to splurge on credits and have some relaxation.
