I requested a “soft” massage, with cupping, but the therapist gave me a much stronger one because I was so tight. The cupping was fantastic. The upsell on the CBD oil was expensive, but I got it since I was paying through ClassPass & they were offering a discount for the holidays. Likely wouldn’t pay for the upgraded oil of booking directly. Will definitely book future sauna/massage/cupping sessions again.

Se alle anmeldelseneYou’re told to bring bathing suit and water jug for hydration. But I also recommend bringing toiletries like mini body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The showers ran out of them and thank goodness I brought some. Also no need for a water jug because they have paper cups and lots of water stations. Your water jug would just heat up in the sauna. The instructors were informative and friendly. During lively free flow; you explore the place on your own at your own pace. Usually it’s recommended to start off in the sauna for 10-15 minutes to warm you up and then go into the ice bath/plunge. They have lockers with pins so no need to bring a lock. No phones are allowed past the changing room/locker room. The saunas have sand timers on the side of the walls to help you keep track of time as there are clocks everywhere. They give you a blue bracelet if you’re new and that helps guides identify you and help you 1:1 if needed.

About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least).
