Masks are optional, we respect your choice, if you want to use a mask at check-in or while practicing you are welcome to do so. KN95 masks provided upon request.

Please RSVP at least 10 min prior to class. No free mats. Mat rentals are $5.00 payment due prior to class start time. User must clean mat after use due to COVID restrictions policies, no exceptions. If your RSVP is not in our MindBody system and you wish to take class drop in fees will apply.
