Ventilasjonssystem

I open the windows first thing I arrive and between classes. If the temperature allows and the participants prefer, we keep them open also during class.

Begrenset kapasitet

Maximum class size is 6 people.

Utstyrsregler

There are mats but I ask everyone who used them to sanitize after class (desinfection spray provided). You can do the same before class if you prefer (I'm not the only one using the studio, so I can't guarantee that other trainers do the same).
