I struggle with the sound system here as it is VERY LOUD and VERY TREBLE-HEAVY, piercing at times. This is the only studio where I wear ear plugs and they were out 😫

    Very tropical environment, accomplished a feat of trying, remember to bring water, small towel, (big towel), the movement test my balance, but standing in the third row is good, just follow along. I like this environment very much. My hair got wet, I will wash it later. It was worth getting up in the morning to go to class, now my body is open. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, the sun is beautiful, I feel my resistance of cold has improved. Its amount of exercise is not large, many movements are not boring and can be adhered to. The amount of sweat is not as much as Hiit, which is good.

    Wow. Best energy! Stefy was so kind and welcoming even when I accidentally came a little late. She also assisted me (which I’ve not received before) and it helped me open everything up and get into better alignment. I noticed she assisted so many in the class and was just a warm and gracious presence throughout. Definitely a challenging flow but glad I showed up and took this with her :) Thank you!

    Greg is such a pure and kind soul that makes class fun for everyone but please please no loud sparklers or whatever was set off during the Thurs 5:30 class to celebrate someone. It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

    Honestly such a great class and a good vibe. The studio is nice - it didn’t bother me that the water station and stuff was downstairs. There are lockers upstairs as well. The only downside is you have to pay to rent shoes and I personally don’t cycle enough to invest in shoes but it would be worth it!

    Kara is an awesome instructor! She does a great job. I think the studio is kept much too cold for a barre class. It should be at least 70. It was set at 64. Barre isn’t a sweaty workout and the class was very easy, so I was freezing the entire time in socks and a sweatshirt and had muscle spasms due to the cold.

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. I was really intimidated by the clientele at first - everyone was so serious and not too many smiles going around, but once I got into the workout, I had a great time! The low lights and loud music made it easy for me to just focus on myself and get the most out of my 50 minutes. I like the set up of switching between the floor and the treadmill. and the muscle fatigue was so real, but so satisfying. I’ll be back!

I liked that the rounds were split up between floor/circuit training and the monitors were really helpful for when that listening comprehension doesn’t kick in until the pre-workout does. Kevin was an awesome coach - he was high energy, had good music, and I liked that he walked around to help with technique during the bag rounds.

    Triple Threat

    The Triple Threat class was amazing. Super intense cardio in a really fun way! Instructors and other F45 coaches who were there during the class were so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely be going back!!
