    I love all of Caitlin’s classes! I usually just do the Strength class on Thursdays, but this was a great change of pace and I got to work out all the muscles I forgot I had - whoops! This class is perfect for the Pilates Princesses and Barre Babes that like a little extra cardiotastic umph to get their day started. All those smaller muscles are really gonna feel the burn 🔥 Highly recommend!

    Matt is absolutely amazing! He’s so accommodating and clearly explains everything so even if you’re new (like me!) it’s not too difficult to follow along. He will also bop about the room and help you with your form and with the reformer. That being said, I do have a fair amount of experience in classes, so I didn’t feel too out of my element. But back to Matt… his energy is amazing and he makes you feel great even when your legs or your arms are jiggling like crazy!! Thanks again Matt! I’m so sore and happy today 😂

    Liv is a fantastic instructor! It was my first time taking a class with her and she introduced herself and asked if I had any mobility issues. I love when instructors ask that upfront and then offer modifications throughout. My core is high-key trash so I defo did some modifications because this strength and sweat class is tough, but in the absolute best way! Love this studio because sometimes the instructors bring their dogs and they’re so cute and calming. Just wish the classes didn’t always fill up so quickly so I could come more often 😅

    There was a good balance of stretching, strengthening and balancing poses with good transitions in this class. instructor gave clear instructions, lots of alternatives or variations and encouraged challenging the body. 1 hour 15 min went by very quickly. Nice meditative music during shivasana. would have liked it if similar music was on for the entire class. Thank you for a great class!

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    Brandon is fantastic! I love how he challenges and corrects technique. He corrected a huge alignment thing with my feet that nobody else ever mentioned and it drastically changed my workout and will hopefully improve my posture and entire body alignment. It’s not a fast-paced class, but you really feel the burn.
