Our studio is equipped with a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to maintain optimal indoor conditions. Additionally, we utilize windows to allow for natural ventilation, ensuring a constant supply of fresh air.

We conduct thorough cleaning of all equipment and frequently touched areas at the conclusion of each class session.

Utstyrsregler
Quick Gel Wraps are no longer available for rental. Members must purchase them before attending any kickboxing class. 14 oz boxing gloves can be rented for $5 per day or brought from home.
