Vaksineringsregler

Fully vaccinated individuals who bring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of class can attend class. Please email us at [email protected] so that we can mark your profile and to avoid being turned away.

We have upgraded to the higher end HVAC system. MERV-13

Ekstra hygienetiltak

After each session, machines and high-touch areas are cleaned using EPA-certified cleaning products. But if you want to be extra safe, you’re welcome to grab one of our EPA-certified wipes from the dispenser to clean your machine before your session starts.

Utstyrsregler

Come dressed in workout gear and ready for class. We are a socks only studio and require grippy socks to take class on our Megaformers, and we recommend coming prepared with a water bottle!
