Masks are welcomed but optional for attendees.

Tiltak for fysisk avstand

Our workout floor is large and open with ample room for social distancing. Class instruction is given from an instructor on stage with a mic. Instructors maintain social distancing and do not move off the stage to instruct during class.

Ventilasjonssystem

Windows line each side of our workout floor and can be opened for additional ventilation and fresh air.

Utstyrsregler

Please bring your own mat and resistance bands if possible, but loaners are available. Hand held weights are provided.
